You are probably here because you ask yourself how you can get rid of man boobs. Well, the best answer will be exercise. I know you had probably tried it before and had seen no change and you could not keep exercising because it took too much time.
Well, it is much easier than you think. Getting rid of man boobs requires specific exercises and like any good think the quality is more important than the quantity.
Here is a list of three exercises you should do:
1. Running – whether you are running a treadmills or jogging at the park, more than 20 minutes of running each time is un necessary
2. Inclined bench press – This exercise will tighten your skin lifting it up and flattening your chest area (man boobs)
3. Push ups – Push ups will build the muscles in your chest area.
