This may sound obscure to some of you but some of the sufferers who are looking for ways to get rid of man boobs are suffering not only from the humiliation but also from neck and back pains and even pains in their shoulders and arms simply because they are carrying more weight than others.
Losing man boobs for them will make them feel and be much healthier and will let them do tasks they were simply unable to do before.
